This is a loose 'ready to use' cut wheat grain bait, specifically designed for the control of mice. Mice have a tendency to 'kibble' whole grain baits - stripping off the treated outer surface and only eating the inside, hence avoiding the poison.

The bait is best placed inside a bait station to encourage mice to eat their fill and to prevent access to the bait by non-target species.

Roban Cut Wheat Bait contains 0.005% w/w difenacoum, which is highly effective against mice. Safety Data Sheet.             

We recommend difenacoum as the first choice poison for all rodent control because, although it is very effective against rodents, it is less aggressive towards other non-target species than many alternative rodenticides.
