Delivery Information:
We offer four delivery services:
Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (requires your signature) - £2.50
Next Day Courier Service for small packets (requires your signature) - £5.12
Next Day Courier Service for medium sized packets (requires your signature) - £6.21
Next Day Courier Service for boxes and large packets (requires your signature) - £6.84
As you put items into your basket we will automatically bill you with the cheapest delivery option.
If you wish, you may change this to Saturday Courier Service at an additional cost of £10.00 when you visit your basket.
For delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands the cost is £13.73 for a two to three day service.
(Scottish Highlands and Islands Postcodes are as follows: AB31 to 38, AB43 to 56, AB 51 to 56, FK 19 to 21, HS1 to 9, IV1 to 56, KW1 to 17, PA20 to 78).
For delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles the cost is £16.49 for a two to three day service.
For other destination please email or telephone our office for a quote.
Received orders:
Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Delivery schedules:
- Royal Mail First Class will normally be delivered next day or at worst within two days. Remote locations may take longer. Please email us if your parcel does not arrive within three working days from placing your order and we will investigate.
- Next Day Courier Service will normally arrive next day between 8am and 3pm, please email us if it does not and we will investigate.
- Saturday Courier Service will arrive between 7am and 12.30pm.
Important notices:
- A Signature will be required by the courier or the postman in order to release your parcel. Special delivery requests such as ‘no signature required’ or an ‘alternative address next door’ or ‘leave in the porch’ can be specified on your basket page. Please note that not having the item signed for means the item becomes the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the courier has left the item.
- The Courier will attempt to deliver parcels twice and will leave a card to inform you of a failed delivery. After two unsuccessful attempts at delivery the parcel will be returned to DIY Pest Control Ltd and we will contact you. The parcel can be resent at a further cost.
- Tracking of your order can be achieved if you leave us with a valid email address when you place your order.
- Damage Claims or faulty or incomplete goods must be notified to our office within 48 hours to remain valid.
- Back Orders or ‘out of stock’ items will be notified to you and you may change your order or cancel as you wish. We reserve the right to replace any item in our ‘kits’ with a suitable alternative should an item be out of stock, superseded or if we have changed to a superior product.
- Non-arrival of items will not be eligible for a re-fund unless we are notified within 30 days of you ordering the item.
- VAT will be charged at the rate in force at the time of dispatch, currently 15%.
Returns Policy
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to return any product DIY Pest Control Ltd supplied to you provided that the product is:
- in an unopened condition within original and undamaged packaging
- returned within 30 days of receipt
Returned goods will be eligible for a full refund. Postage/Courier costs are specifically excluded and will be the responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds
In the case of returned goods that we sent to you in error, we will refund your return postage up to but not exceeding our original cost of sending the item to you. Refunds will be sent to you within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. No return, no refund.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods may be returned for our (or the manufacturers) inspection at any time during the guarantee period. Goods that prove to be faulty will be re-funded in full and we will also refund your return postage up to but not exceeding our original cost of sending the item to you.
Please Note:
To return a product for any reason, first please call our customer services department on 0800 917 2028. You will be allocated a return authorisation number and then you may either post or courier the product to DIY Pest Control Ltd. at:

For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items.
Important notice: Pesticides may not be sent by Royal Mail.
