Squirrel Control

The grey squirrel is recognised as being in the top worst 100 invasive pest species in the world by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). It is an invasive species, so anyone who catches a grey squirrel alive is obliged to kill it, not re-release it.  If they get into your home, they will gnaw on woodwork and ceiling, strip insulation from electrical wires, tear up loft insulation and contaminate cold water tanks and attic space with urine and droppings. Outside they raid birds’ nests for eggs and damage orchards and gardens by stripping the bark from trees. They are also responsible for the decline of our native red squirrel, transmitting a deadly virus to which they themselves are immune.

We sell both live capture and lethal traps to allow you to control squirrels quickly and effectively in your own garden.
