Delivery and Returns
Delivery is a 2 working day service via DPD for most of the UK. Some remote places in the UK and offshore islands take 3 days. Delivery times into Europe and worldwide vary. Please call for more information.
DPD will email or text you a notification of delivery and you will be offered an opportunity to amend your delivery address.
Yes we do. Either email or call for a delivery quotation outside of the UK. We can deliver to Europe or Worldwide. Delivery times into Europe and worldwide vary. Please call for more information.
If you wish to return goods you ordered in error or no longer require and they are in as new unused condition, we will offer a full refund upon their return to:- DIY Pest Control Ltd, Pontefract Street, Derby, DE24 8JD.
Yes, you can collect your order from us. Please call in advance so we know to expect you.
Unfortunately not. Because we primarily send pesticides, we are obliged to use a courier service. All couriers offer a next day service because it is cheaper for them than storing goods for 2 or 3 days at a depot. If you live locally, you are welcome to collect from us. Just give us a call beforehand.
