Rentokil Rat Killer Grain Bait – 3 Sachets

How To Use

1. The unopened sachets of Rentokil rat killer grain bait can be secured on the rods in a suitable rat bait box or you can empty the contents into the grain area of the bait box.
2. You can use an open bait tray if it safe to do so, in this case empty the contents of the sachet into the tray.
3. Remove any other food that is easily available in the area, do this a few days before placing the bait boxes.
4. Place the bait boxes in the vicinity where rat activity has been seen and out of the reach of children and pets.
5. Rats have an intimate knowledge of their surroundings and as a result suffer varying degrees of neophobia (they are shy of anything new).
6. To encourage them into the bait boxes, use natural and familiar materials to protect the boxes or better still bait the burrows, whilst ensuring that potential increased risks are managed.
7. At the beginning check bait boxes every 2-3 days or at least weekly, refill with bait as necessary
8. Check the area for any rat bodies and dispose of in a suitable manner.
9. Use bait points of 1 sachet in a bait box, 10m apart, reducing to 5m in heavy infestation.
10. If there is no sign of activity after 7-10 days, move bait points to areas of possible higher activity.
11. Only stop baiting when there is no further rat activity.
12. When baiting, the priority is always to exclude non-target exposure as much as possible. The product should eliminate rodents within 35 days. Do not use as a permanent bait.
