How to use

1. The rat bait box can be baited with either the block bait or grain bait.  The block bait fits onto the single steel rod.
2. To bait the box with grain bait use the plastic divider to create a compartment that the bait can be placed in.
3. The grain bait can also be placed in the open bait trays where it is safe and secure to do so, out of the reach of children and pets.
4. The snap e rat trap again should only be used outside of the bait box if it is safe and secure, otherwise set within the box.
5. Bait the rat trap with Prove Rat Attractant or some other bait of your choice.
6. To maximise your chances of rapid and complete rat control thoroughly rub the inside and outside of the bait boxes with local soil/leaf litter or similar – the dirtier the better.
7. This will camouflage the newness of the boxes and help rats accept these new objects in their territory. It can take up to a week for rats to enter new bait boxes, but if you do this they may start feeding within a day or two.
8. Place the trap and box in the area that rats have been active, ideally on one of their runs.
